prepared by the Colonial Treasurer on
the basis of
Your Lordship's despatch No.231 of the 23rd September last.
The list distinguishes the following particulars—viz—(1) The officers who joined the service since December 31st 1890; (2) those who are contributors; (3) those who in 1890 held posts the salaries of which have been increased in consequence of the Secretary of State's despatch No.110 of 1870: (a) by exactly 20%, (b) by more than 20%, and (c) by less than 20%; and (4) those who have been subsequently promoted to such posts.
